Zefanja van Bakel
When I was a consultant at a bank and used dashboards a lot in that role, I experienced firsthand how important data is to be able to grow and develop as a company.
As a student at the Techionista-Academy, I wanted to learn how I could also help companies, based on their own data, to gain more insights.
During the course, I started to see more and more how important it is to have women in IT as well and started to explore possibilities on how I can contribute to gender diversity. After all, more diversity leads to better results. That is why I am very happy that I can now work as a mentor/coach for Techionista.
I use my own experience as a former student to be a mentor/coach for the Data&AI students to guide and support them during their own track, so they can bring out the best in themselves. If you want to know more about me? Just take a look at my LinkedIn.
